This business is a FRAUD. Please do not order from them. It has been over 2 years and we still have not received the merchandise nor any kind of response or refund from this company. Initially they contacted stating order has been backordered yet as time went by they kept ignoring my e-mails until no response, no merchandise. i have placed an order on last yearseptember and still did not receive it.I've been emailing them ever since, a month later (after emailing so many times)they reply to me saying that they did not send the the package to begin with so they can't give me a tracking code, they postponed it a week later then another and now I'm sending them emails and they do not respond!!!!! This business should be closed before they take people's money in drips and draps without any cost since they don't deliver,.They are scamming people into buying their stuff and taking their money and no delivery , i have been spreading the word on their instagram page then they blocked me not to expose their unprofessional behavior. almost a year later then they responded and teling me my order is old they wont refund me they can give me a store credit and they only give me that option or i am free to do anything , what kind of service is that . i hope this issues are taken serious as they mastered proffesional theft

I didnt know that this company does bad business... I ordered a color block trench on November 30th of 2016 and they made sure to charge my visa with the quickness. i recieved a confirmation email about my order with an order number and nothing else. No shipping info, no trench, no contact, nothing. i contacted the store and they told me to call the warehouse. i called them the 1st time they said their system says my order went out, weeks later i called again the unprofessional sales person or whatever she was said she was going to check on my order, hung up and never answered the phone from me again. i called again a few days later and they actually said they would go ahead and issue me a refund because they didnt know what was going on with my order. Now weeks later and i havent received any refund. Glad my bank is on the job. Gossip Girl/House of Labels should be ashamed of theirselves and this scam of a business.. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

DO NOT order from this site!!!! It's the biggest fraud ever!!!! Don't waste your time. Every review says the same thing. That should be warning enough. I work for a bunch of celebs and I just told them about what a fraud this is. They informed me to inform my bank and get money back!!! You can find the same stuff somewhere else!!!!

I ordered two Jackets from this website and then found countless bad reviews. I emailed them a week later asking for a tracking number and they replied each time very unprofessionally. A few days later their Instagram page and website disappeared. I contacted my bank telling them about this fraudulent "company." They got my money back for me.

House Of Labels - 2 Piece Suit Review
I placed an order with house of labels on July 22, 2016. Needless to say, today is December 1st and i am still waiting. Everytime i contact them, they say it will go out im two weeks, it was a pre-ordered item. Ok i pre-ordered it. By now, the woemer could have handmade the item and delivered it to me on foot. I was told no refunds, fine. But i have beem trying to switch the order for something else and no one has responded. This is the worst company, not that i have ever dealt with, but in the world. I would never, ever recommend them to anyone. If you cant fulfill orders, you should give people their money back. Shame on me for not using my paypal account.

I ordered boots from this website and never received my order. When I first placed my order, I never got an email with my tracking number. So I contacted the company via email to get tracking number and never got a response. I tried to call them, no one picked up the phone or called me back. Over a month after my order was placed, I received an email that due to high demand orders are backed up and they will be shipping it out in two weeks and will send me my tracking number. Three weeks later no response. Will be placing a charge back with my credit card. It's a scam. Do not waste your money.

I ordered a jacket in January of this year (2016) and STILL have not received it. I emailed the company several weeks after they said it would be shipped out. The responses I got from customer services were all rude. The first said they would be sent out the week of the 22nd of February. When it still wasn't, I contacted them again. I was frustrated and asked for a refund if it was not sent out by the end of that week. They responded by telling me to take it up with my bank for a refund. As if my bank is going to do anything about $40 jacket? Horrible business, very unprofessional, and I kissed my money goodbye, as I never got my jacket and it has been about 10 1/2 months since I ordered it.

I suggest that anyone planing on buying anything from House of Labels DONT!! They do not ship your items out and tell you they did & when you ask them for a refund they will tell you no!! DO NOT SHOP WITH HOUSE OF LABELS!! I ordered a beautiful denim dress back in Aug 2016 & paid about $80 for it. It is now Nov 2016 & I haven't received it. I've contacted them & they lied & said it would be sent out the week of Oct 22, 2016.. I wish I had seen all the terrible reviews from this company before giving them my money.

Ordered a pair of boots from this company. Never received my shipping information from them. Contacted them by email numerous amount of times and they never responded. When I first emailed them if they could send me my shipping info they asked what did I order. That should have gave me a heads up that this company is not professional and that it is a scam. After I asked for my money back they still did not respond. I went online and read other customers reviews and should have looked at that before I ordered. This website is a scam and no ONE SHOULD ORDER FROM IT. Brittish WIlliams you need to erase this website and not do anything else u are only taking people money and not providing any of the product that people have ordered.

Placed an order for a dress 2 months before my wedding ( for my rehearsal dinner) nothing showed up after a month. Every week i email them and they respond they will ship it in two weeks? How many weeks will it take for them to actually ship it? Sounds like nothing but complete *** to me. Gosh i wish would have read the reviews before making any purchases from this website. simple as it's been 4 months since i placed my order and have not received anything. They do not care about customer service and they lie so much , it is so sad. I don't understand how someone can continue to buy stuff from here. THis was my first and last time i will ever buy stuff from this place. Anyone reading this, please stay away. The prices look amazing but i would rather pay more than be stuck in this situation. They should at least with honest with their customers. I am still upset about this. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE don't purchased any merchandise from this web site HOUSE OF LABELS is a complete Scam. Months ago i purchased something, I keep writing e mails and no respond and when they do, They keep saying yes will be shipped and they never do. They sent you policy information they never follow. I purchase on 8/11/16, Two months later they don't even care. I dont understand how a online business can be so dishonest with no principals of taking peoples money and never sent the products. I hope people will read this so they don't loose their money. This website should be taking out of the internet. Horrible experience and never got my money back or what i purchased.
